Terms of Sale

The terms and conditions of this sales agreement supersede the Terms and Conditions of all individual purchase orders submitted Jayden Inc.

Terms for New and Existing Customers

Credit Card Only- Credit Card information is required at time of order.

Minimum order requirements for new accounts, and re-orders on existing accounts must meet Allure Home Fragrance order requirements.

  • To open a new account $250 NET with Credit Card, terms review after 1st order.
  • Minimum re-order $150 NET

Shipping and Handling

  • Handling 4% of total order + Shipping cost
  • NET 30 days from date of invoice (NO CODs ACCEPTED). A service charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any past due balances.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled within 10 business days of ship date will result in a 20% restock fee.

Jayden Inc DBA: Allure Home Fragrance reserves the right to update these terms and conditions if necessary.

Customers wishing to apply for Credit Terms must submit a credit application. To receive application please call (214) 389-7300

Freight: UPS

Claims: Collect Shipments- All claims for damages or shortage must be filed by the customer within 2 business days after receipt of merchandise.

Boxes that appear to be damaged should re refused or signed damaged.

Returns: All Sales Final- No Returns Accepted.

Credit Card Order: All credit card orders must be submitted with valid credit card information to be processed, which includes credit card number, expiration date and name of account holder.

Shipping: Please allow 5-7 business days. New accounts, please allow 7-10 business days.
